Preferred Contractor Terms & Conditions
This agreement is between Preferred Contractor (who executes the work for the customer) and Living Large Services (who provides the referral).
The Preferred Contractor Agrees to hold Living Large Services harmless for any disputes or issues that may occur with the customer they are executing the work for.
The Preferred Contractor will need to be in good standing with the Customers and Living Large Services to continue to receive referrals. This will be at the sole discretion of Living Large Services.
The Preferred Contractor acknowledges that all of the information provided on the form is accurate and complete.
The Preferred Contractor agrees to pay Living Large Services the agreed upon referral fee % within 15 days of receiving final payment from the Customer.
No referral fees will be collected for one time service calls under $300. If there are multiple service calls under $300, the referral fee will be charged when the total reaches $1,000. For re-occurring service (lawn care, security monitoring, etc) the referral fee will be charged when the total amount reaches $300.
